IRGT @ The Shelbourne Derby!
And that's the Derby over with for another year!
The IRGT were delighted to be present at the Shelbourne Derby to show everyone how awesome greyhounds are as pets!
Huge thanks to our Ambassadors and Foster Pawrents, Brenda, Tom and Tina, and Ambassadogs Jimmy, Sox, Chica, Gerry and Addie! The greys were fantastic meeting and greeting the public, coping wonderfully with the crowds and enjoying all the cuddles and pets! So many people said they couldn't believe how sweet, gentle and loving they are!
We were delighted to meet Peter Burke, Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment, and prominent racehorse trainer John 'Shark' Hanlon, amongst others! Thank you both so much for stopping by to say hello
And of course, a massive THANK YOU to everyone who stopped, chatted to us about Greyhounds as Pets, asked questions, made generous donations and had greyhound cuddles!
